Exchange and Return

Click here and contact us in the way you prefer, either by email or WhatsApp, within 14 days of receiving your order: our Customer Service will provide you with all the necessary information to exchange your product for another item.
The item to be returned will be collected by the courier, who will handle the exchange.

Yes, it is always free. You can request an exchange or return of your order at no cost for the product pickup.

We are committed to ensuring that our items always meet the expectations and desires of our customers. If, unfortunately, the item you received has a defect, you can request a return or exchange using the methods explained above.

You don’t need to worry about that: the courier will come to pick up your order (which we ask you to place back in the packaging you received it in) and will take care of applying the return label, leaving you a copy as a receipt.

If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
If you paid on delivery, we will contact you to obtain your IBAN and proceed with the refund transfer as soon as we receive the returned order.
