We ship throughout Europe; select your country from the list.

International orders

Customers ordering internationally, or to countries outside the European Union, are responsible for taxes and fees once the order arrives in their country.

The customer is responsible for proper receipt of the order once it arrives in the destination country. The customer must accept delivery of the order, taxes and duties or customs costs necessary to complete the delivery. Under no circumstances will Prosperine be responsible for refunding the order due to failure to comply with the above requirements.

Orders in europe

Italy: shipping will cost 5 eur borne by the buyer, for shipping to Sicily and Sardinia the cost will be 7 eur.
Orders > 150 eur will have free shipping to Italy.
Orders outside the European Union (including customs fees):

United Kingdom: 30 eur
America: 50 eur
Asia: 50 eur

Delivery times

Italy (peninsula and islands): 24h/52h on working days.
Rest of the countries: 5-7 working days.

Delivery times given are approximate and do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorizations or exceptional transport conditions.

During the month of August our warehouses will be closed, orders placed during this month will be shipped the first week of September.

Change size orders europe

At Prosperine’s we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if when you receive your order the size does not fit, you have 15 days to change it.

The size exchange will only be made for orders destined for Europe.

To make the exchange, you must meet the following requirements:

The shoes must not have been worn. They must be tried on a carpeted surface.Shoes must be returned in their original box and bag intact. Otherwise, the exchange cannot be accepted.
No more than 15 days must have passed since receipt of the product.

Once the requirements have been met, write to us at info@prosperine.it with your order number and we will send you a courier (domestic orders) / send you a label (international orders) at our expense. If you are in Italy, the courier will label it correctly. In case of non-collection, you will have to send the package back at your own expense.

Return and refund

To proceed with the return, the following requirements must be met:
  • The shoes must not have been worn. They must be tried on a carpeted surface.
  • The shoes must be returned unmarked, in their original box and in the undamaged bag. Otherwise, the return may not be accepted.
  • No more than 15 days must have passed since receipt of the product.

Steps for the return

1. Choose the courier you prefer, the customer being fully responsible for the package being shipped. Prosperine recommends BRT and GLS as safe couriers.

2. Fill out the return form.

3. Introduce the order receipt in the package to be returned.

4. Send the package at the customer’s expense to our warehouse, address:

5. Once the return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please note that the credit card payment period depends on your bank.

* Until we receive the item in our warehouses, the responsibility remains with the customer.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, taxes and customs duties.
  • We do not accept freight collect shipments.
  • If the package is lost, Prosperine is not responsible for the incident. We recommend shipping by registered mail.
  • Refunds will be made with the same payment method used (card, PayPal or bank transfer) within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • Shipping charges, taxes and customs duties are non-refundable.
  • Orders placed within the European Union that have paid an additional shipping cost will be charged a REFUND FEE.

Defective or incorrect items

We take care to ensure that all of our packages are securely packed before shipping. In the event that a defective, damaged or wrong item arrives, please contact us at info@prosperine.it within 24 hours of receiving the package. Prosperine will arrange a return/exchange and cover the shipping cost.

Item with hidden defects that became apparent after use

It is possible that there may be hidden manufacturing defects that become apparent after use. Please note that items damaged by wear and tear can NOT be considered defective.

If you find hidden defects within 6 months of receiving the item, please contact info@prosperine.it Please attach a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs.

Acceptance of a defective product will occur after an inspection by our technicians in our warehouses.

In case of a defective product, it will be repaired and sent back at our expense. A refund will be made only if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Important information

All items are quality checked for damage and/or defects before being shipped.

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Yes, it is always free. You can request an exchange or return of your order at no cost for the product pickup.

We are committed to ensuring that our items always meet the expectations and desires of our customers. If, unfortunately, the item you received has a defect, you can request a return or exchange using the methods explained above.

You don’t need to worry about that: the courier will come to pick up your order (which we ask you to place back in the packaging you received it in) and will take care of applying the return label, leaving you a copy as a receipt.

If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
If you paid on delivery, we will contact you to obtain your IBAN and proceed with the refund transfer as soon as we receive the returned order.
